The active ingredient in our biocide treatments is benzalkonium chloride diluted 70 to 1.

The chemical diluted to this level is safe for humans, however if you have severe asthma or eczema you may need to consider the products suitability as it will cause irritation.

Irritation however is more commonly experienced in hight concentrations

Shaded, moist areas will typically see a re-generation of mould and algae after 12 months, however our biocide applications can last 3 years + given the right conditions.

We apply enough to kill mould, algae and lichen only.

If dirt is present a soft wash is necessary, and also if you want instant results.

If its mainly organics and you don’t mind waiting around for the magic to happen, biocide treatments are always the most cost effective option, and most effective option in eliminating organics.
